| 1 | Mix together half and half with sweetener until dissolved(I use 1/4 cup of Erythritol and 1/4 cup of Splenda). | 2 | Add heavy cream, vanilla and salt, blend lightly. Pour into ice cream maker and run for 30-40 minutes until desired consistency. | 3 | Store tightly covered in freezer. |
