| 1 | bring cream cheese to room temp.
make sure cool whip is totally thawed.
juice lemons to get about 2-4 Tbsp juice | 2 | in stand mixer or with hand mixer, whip cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice for several minutes til you see the volume increase and it is smooth and consistent. | 3 | with a rubber spatula, fold in cool whip very gently til just combined. | 4 | place in dishes/pan... wotever you will serve it from.
