i do not use sugar substitutes. by adding flax meal and finely crushed pecans i turned this into a delicious low carb crust.

you will need a couple of hours for the crust to cool before putting this together, and then freezing it. using cool whip and tweaking the crust a bit, made this a low carb (no sugar substitutes used) and delicious dessert !!

my standard breakfast, i eat 1/3 to 1/2 depending on how i am feeling, and reheat the rest for the next one or two days for lunch or breakfast. i buy onions and peppers, then chop them and freeze them, saves on prep time, and also saves veg from going bad.
