1) 1/2 package Trader Joe’s 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
2) 7 oz of lean turkey cold cut
3) 3 boiled eggs, yolks removed
4) 1/2 cup fresh basil
5) 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped | 3 | Preheat the oven to 325 F. | 4 | Let the dough sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes. | 5 | Cut the turkey into small
pieces. | 6 | In a medium mixing bowl, crumble the boiled egg whites (remove the yolks). Add the basil, turkey
pieces, and sun dried tomatoes. Mix well. | 7 | When the dough is ready, roll out into a
square. Place the filling at one end. Roll up, close the sides, and remove any excess
dough from the ends | 8 | Bake for about 25-30 minutes. The calzone is ready when the
