Recipe Description cook lentils 20 min - cool & puree saute vegetables 15 minutes in water combine oats, oat flour, flax seed meal lentils and sauteed vegetables - place combo in a bread loaf form and bake at 350 F for 50 min.

Sequence Step
1cook lentils in water or stock [ 1 cup lentil to 3 cup water cut and saute vegetables than add spices to the vegetables hydrate flax seed meal in 1/3 cup water mix together lentils, oat meal, oat flour, vegetables fill breadloaf baking pn and bake for 50 min at 350 F
