Gather all ingredients together.
Wash hands and then take cooked chicken apart, turning it into small pieces.
Get loaf of bread and organize slices into a median-sized rectangle (taking shape of the base of a cake).
Get ham and slice into small pieces.
Apply mayonnaise on the bread slices to act like glue before adding any chicken or ham.
Once mayonnaise is applied, add either ham or chicken slices on the mayonnaise. Add another layer of bread on top of that layer.
Keep repeating steps #3 and #5. The ingredient being applied can be alternated between layers.
Once the chicken and ham are used up, finish off the top layer of the "cake" with slices of bread.
Apply the cream cheese all over the "cake". This cream cheese will be the finishing touch to this food.
