Recipe Description This shake is packed with nutrition and keeps me going all morning. I have been having one of these almost every single day since I decided to get in shape and healthy and I have lost 40 lbs over the last 5 months, look and feel great, give it a try.

Steps
Sequence Step
1First I mix together the Milk, OJ, Yogurt, Flax, Walnuts, and Oatmeal. I slowly add the frozen ingredients as to not bog down the blender and I throw in the protein powder last. Make sure not to over blend the shake or else it will start to have a whipped consistency as opposed to that of a frozen drink. Enjoy!
