tablespoonsground flax seed meal

Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all ingredients except for mozzarella cheese.
2Make each chaffle for 3 minutes in mini waffle maker. I put them in the toaster oven for an additional few minutes.
3spread 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese between 2 of the chaffles and heat to melting.
