medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)apples, peeled, cored and diced

teaspoonlemon juice

pear, small (approx 3 per lb)pear, very ripe and juicy

cup, seedlessGrapes, red cut in half (about 24 large grapes)

tablespoonswalnuts (or almonds or pecans),chopped and toasted

Steps
Sequence Step
1In a medium bowl, toss together the (seeded, diced) pears, diced apples, grapes, celery and walnuts.
2In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to fruit mixture above and mix well.
3Chill several hours or overnight. Mix before serving.
