Recipes - Frosty Strawberry Yogurt to Go

Recipe Name

Frosty Strawberry Yogurt to Go

Submitted by Mary_Means
Recipe Description Nice way to get your fruit and your dairy and healthier than a milkshake. Very pretty. Easy to fix, put in thermos and take with you. Also looks nice at brunch. Can also be used as a simple dessert. You can be creative and add other fruit (pineapple or banana or blueberries) or juice (like pineapple or orange juice) if you want it thinner.

Amt. Measure Ingredient
1
cup, wholestrawberries

container (8 oz)Greek yogurt

Steps
Sequence Step
1Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. I prefer frozen whole strawberries (or frozen peaches)because when you blend the ingredients together in a blender, it looks like sherbet!
2Divide into 2 servings- in small bowl or in cup to take with you!
