Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop the canadian bacon into small chunks. In a skillet, cook the canadian bacon over medium heat cooked through. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in canadian bacon and cheese.
2Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into aluminum muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
