cupoatmeal, quick-cooking
4
ouncesprotein powder
1/2
cupMilk 2%
1/2
cup (8 fl oz)water
1/2
cupcranberries, dried, juice-sweetened
Steps
Sequence Step
1combine all ingredients in a bowl. mix thoroughly.spread in 13x9 pan and refridgerate overnite. then cut into squares. i get 15 squares in a 13x9 pan. 1 square is one serving (appx 50gm).
2you may substitute the 1/2 cup milk and half cup water with 1 cup milk or 1 cup water. remember whole milk adds calories and fats so use 2%, skim, or fat free if using milk
3i use dried cranberries but you should be able to add most anything you like (raisins, nuts, seeds, etc.) experiment and see
4i''ve never baked this recipe so i could''nt tell you how it would turn out. it would probably become very dry
5update!! we made a batch of these again recently and baked them @ 350* for about 20 mins. not bad at all. actually turned out pretty well.
