| 1 | Brown ground beef. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings | 2 | Simmer for 30 minutes | 3 | Cook pasta | 4 | Cover bottom of pan with beef mixture | 5 | Lay 1/2 noodles over beef mixture. | 6 | Spread 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 Parmesan cheese and 1/3 mozzarella cheese. | 7 | Lay remaining pasta. | 8 | Top with remaining beef mixture then remaining cheeses | 9 | Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes after taking out of oven. |
