1Notes: For sugar, I''''''''ve been using dextrose (corn sugar) because it is faster digesting and has no fructose. But you can use any sweetener of your choice. If you do not have a problem with fructose, then agave nectar or honey are fine choices. I think I''''''''m fructose-sensitive, a little. I use Jay Robbs unflavored whey protein. If you use his vanilla whey protein with stevia, you don''''''''t need any sugar at all. You can use 1/2 a banana and 8 cherries if you want. Furthermore, I use frozen unsweetened cherries that are already pitted. If you use fresh cherries, then pit them first. I hope that goes without saying, but just in case, I said it anyway!
2Add ingredients to blender in order given. Chop on low setting for about 10 seconds, then blend for 30 seconds on high.
