large (8" to 8-7/8" long)banana, organic

Steps
Sequence Step
1Stir together dry ingredients.
2Combine egg, oil, honey, bananas, and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
3Add banana mixture to the dry ingredients and beat until blended.
4Pour batter into greased 9X13 inch pan.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pan.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine sucanat, water and butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
2Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3Remove from heat; stir in nuts and coconuts.
4Spread topping over baked cake.
