Steps
Sequence Step
1Place hot water, oil, honey, salt and lecithin in your mixer or bowl. Mix together some
2Add 1/2 of the flour into the liquids. Add the yeast and mix.
3Add the remaining flour. If you plan on making loaves or rolls, use all the flour. If you plan on rolling the dough to use for stuffed breads, cinnamon rolls, garlic rolls, etc; then reserve 1 cup and use it to roll with.
4Knead with machine for 8 minutes or by hand for 20 minutes. Let rise until double, usually 45 minutes.
5Punch down and form into your desired product. Let rise until double again.
6Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes for breads, 20-25 minutes for rolls or until golden brown on top.
7Let stand for 10 minutes and remove from pan. You can brush with melted butter with seasonings, oil with seasonings or just leave plain.
