| 1 | 1. Add the Kamut grains and Wheatberries to a grinder or Vitamix and grind for approximately 1 min. Check that the texture is smooth. It can have some granules to it. | 2 | 2. In a blender, blend on medium or high water, cottage cheese and vinegar. | 3 | 3. Add the egg whites to the water, cottage cheese and vinegar. Blend until mixed | 4 | 4. Sift flour into a separate, large bowl; stir in baking powder, baking soda,sweetener and salt. | 5 | 5. Add blender mixture to flour mixture; blend until smooth. | 6 | 6. Cook on a lightly greased waffle iron until golden brown; lift off with a fork. |
