| 1 | Prepare strawberries by washing and coring them. If there are any that are exceedingly large quarter to a comfertable bite size. | 2 | Evenly divide the yogurt between two fire safe bowls. | 3 | Over a double broiler wisk the egg yolk. Add the white wine and sugar, continually wisking. Do not let the egg yolk mixture over heat or else it will turn into scrambled eggs. | 4 | Once froth develops and the sauce begins to thicken add the cream and lemon juice. Continue wisking till it is thick. | 5 | Immediately arrange strawberries in the yogurt. Pour sauce over the berries and yogurt. With a small propane torch brown portions of the topping. Serve immediately. |
