| 1 | Combine pepper, chilli, cinnamon, garam masala, turmeric, coriander, seeds, cumin, garlic and ginger in medium bowl. Stir in vinegar, mix to a smooth paste. Heat
oil in medium saucepan; stir in paste. Stir over low heat until mixture boils and oil begins to separate from spices; remove from heat, cool. |
