medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)Whole Peppers, cut in half

pepperJalapeno pepper, sliced

ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick)serano peppers, sliced

cherrycherry/grape tomatoes

tablespoons, drainedcapers

largekalamata olives, chopped

tablespoonsred wine vinegar

Steps
Sequence Step
1half the peppers
2half the large cherry tomatoes, and place in bowl
3take the jalpeno and seranos and yellow chilli and slice and add to the tomatoes
4kalmato olives chopped and add to tomatoes
5handful of capers chopped and add to tomatoes
6basil sprigs chopped and add to tomaotes
7red wine vinegar add to tomatoes.
8salt and pepper
9salt the peppers prior to filling
10scrunch the tomatoe mixture up and then add to peppers and cover with foil.
11bake covered for 15 min at 400 degrees. Then un-cover and continue to cook till the peppers start to shrival slightly.
12serve with arugla salad topped with olive oil , and mozerella ball
