| 1 | Combine egg whites, agave nectar, and applesauce. Mix well. | 2 | Add water and bananas to wet ingredients. Mix well. | 3 | In a separate bowl combine gluten free flour mix, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Combine. | 4 | Add ground flax seed. Mix well. | 5 | Add protein powder. Mix well. | 6 | Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined. | 7 | Preheat oven to 300 degrees and spray baking cups with pam. Add 2 tablespoons of batter into each cup.
