cupsunflower seed kernels, toasted & salted-ground

cup, pittedchopped prunes or Plum Amazins

cupcoconut, grated, sweetened

cups mini chipssemisweet chocolate chips

Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix ingredients in each bowl well. Combine 1/2 of the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Combine the rest of the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.(mixture will be very thick) Again, mix well. Spray 9 1/2 by 13 1/2 glass pan with Pam. Press mixture evenly into glass pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Slice bars while still warm. Makes approx. 24 2"x2" bars.....3 bars to each serving. I use a convection oven so you will need to add another 5-7 minutes to the cooking time if using a regular oven. Store in a plastic container with lid. The longer they sit,the more moist they get.
