Steps
Sequence Step
1brown chicken and chop into pices
2add 2 TBS butter to all the vegetables that have been chopped and the garlic in a large stew pot. (Carrots, mushrooms, celery, onions, peppers, Not the cauliflower).
3in the chicken broth add the seasonings(Xanthan gum, dried parsley, pepper, and paprika). Then add to the vegetable mixture.
4now add the cauliflower. Bring to the boil, and then turn it down to a simmer and cover the pot.
5Now stir the chicken in and the heavy cream and the fresh parsley.
6simmer over low heat and serve
