pounds, rawlb. ground turkey

poundsBeef, ground, 93% lean meat / 7% fat, raw

tablespoonschipotle chili powder

clovesgarlic minced
Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop onions, garlic and put in skillet, add ground meat. Brown and render off the excess fat. 4qt sauce pan add all other ingredients along with the meat. Let simmer for about two hours or until flavors all marry. Add seasoning to taste. Great to freeze left overs in individual servings.
