Recipe Description my standard breakfast, i eat 1/3 to 1/2 depending on how i am feeling, and reheat the rest for the next one or two days for lunch or breakfast. i buy onions and peppers, then chop them and freeze them, saves on prep time, and also saves veg from going bad.
