1/2	cup	milk
1/4	teaspoon	Vinegar, white
1/2	cup	unsalted butter, room tempature
1/2	cup	vegetable oil
1 3/4	cup	white sugar
2	large	eggs
2	teaspoons	Pure vanilla extract
2 1/2	cups	all-purpose flour
4	tablespoons	unsweetened cocoa powder
1	teaspoon	baking soda
1/4	teaspoon	cinnamon, ground
1/2	teaspoon	salt
2	cups, chopped	zucchini, finely grated, about 3 small
1	cup	semisweet chocolate morsels

Steps

1	preheat oven to 325
2	line 2 standard muffin pans with papers
3	mix milk and vinegar - set aside
4	in large bowl, beat together butter, oil, and sugar until creamy Add eggs, vanilla and milk/vinegar mixture. blend well
5	In seperate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
6	Add flour mixter to butter mixture. Mix well by hand
7	Add zucchini and 1/2 chocolate chips. Stir well
8	Spoon batter evenly into pans. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Sprinkle remaining chips on top. Add nuts if desired
