cup, packedbrown sugar, light

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 12 muffin cups with cooking oil spray or muffin liners.
2In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add the walnuts and toss to coat them well.
3In another bowl, whisk the figs, banana, brown sugar, melted butter, egg beaters and vanilla until well blended. Add to dry ingredients all at once. Fold in until evenly moistened.
4Divide batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.
5Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes (until tops are lightly brown and a toothpick comes out clean).
6Cool on a wire rack before removing muffins from tin.
