| 1 | Cut one bell pepper in half from top to bottom, remove insides from both halves. Dice the other bell pepper. | 2 | combine the cheeses and basil in medium bowl. | 3 | chop green onions, mushrooms and garlic, cook with bell peppers in saute pan until translucent and aromatic | 4 | combine with cheeses, stir well. | 5 | put mixture into halved bell peppers | 6 | bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot through out |
