| 1 | Boil egges to hard, usually about 10 min at a rolling boil. allow to cool and peel. Cut in half and place yokes in bowl. | 2 | Using a fork, break up yoks. Switch to spoon and add yogurt and spices. When well creamed, add very finely diced celery. | 3 | Fill resevoir pots in the egg whites where the yokes were removed. Sprinkle with paprika if desired for color. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
