cup (8 fl oz)boiling water
cupsCheese, cream, low fat - 8oz
tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder
cupMargarine, light
biscuitsgraham crackers, low fat
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, dissolve, jello in the cup of boiling water. Stir 2 minutes to ensure that all the granuals dissolve.
2Blend in softened cream cheese, 1/2 a block at a time, making mixure smooth before adding in next block.
3Sprinkle cocoa powder over the cheese mix and mix in thoroughly. Make sure no lumps remain.
4In a separate bowl, mix finely ground graham crumbs with melted margarine.
5Spray mimi muffin pans or use liners for easy clean-up. Place a small amount of crumb mix into each cup (about tsp is enough depending on your cup size).
6Spoon a heaping tablespoon of cheese mix on top of graham mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate to set.
