Amt. Measure Ingredient
1
1/3
cupflour all purpose or unbleached
1/4
teaspoonsalt
1/4
cupmilk, non-fat
1/4
cup1 cup Vegetable Oil
Steps
Sequence Step
1Stir flour, salt, oil and milk into bowl all at once.
2Uding hands, form very crumbly mixture into ball. Knead gently until dough forms. This can take 5-10 min.
3Once dough is uniform and stable, roll into 12" circle for pie crust. Roll onto rolling pin for easier pick-up and transfer.
4Use fork tines to prick bottom of crust in a few places, but not at bends or crust will break when scopping up to serve. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes if using for pie that doesnt get baked. If using for baked pie, if cooking more than 45 minutes, cover edge with tinfoil for 30 minutes to avoid over browning or burning.
