Amt. Measure Ingredient
slicesReduced calore wheat bread, toasted, cubed
largeeggs, beaten
cup, dicedcelery, diced (about 1 cup)
cups, choppedOnion, chopped
cup, pieces or slicesfresh mushrooms, chopped
cups (8 fl oz)vegetable broth, fat free
tablespoonsPoultry Ground seasoning
Sequence Step
1Mix all ingredients except broth and seasoning in large bowl.
2Once mixture is fairly uniform, sprinkle with poultry seasoning and mix again.
3Add broth 1/2 cup at a time to make mixture moist, but mot soggy. It may not take all of broth. If mixute is very dry, you may add a 1/2 cup of water to moisten.
4Line cupcake/muffin tin with wrappers and fill each with 1/2 cup of mixture. If your mixture is overly moist, you may not have 12 muffins. If it was very dry, you may have more than 12.
5Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, check for done. Wetter mixes take longer to cook and will be firmer on tops.
