| 1 | Mix all ingredients except broth and seasoning in large bowl. | 2 | Once mixture is fairly uniform, sprinkle with poultry seasoning and mix again. | 3 | Add broth 1/2 cup at a time to make mixture moist, but mot soggy. It may not take all of broth. If mixute is very dry, you may add a 1/2 cup of water to moisten. | 4 | Line cupcake/muffin tin with wrappers and fill each with 1/2 cup of mixture. If your mixture is overly moist, you may not have 12 muffins. If it was very dry, you may have more than 12. | 5 | Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, check for done. Wetter mixes take longer to cook and will be firmer on tops. |
