| 1 | Put cake mix base in mixing bowl or mixer. Add milk, slightly beaten eggs and vanilla. mixing for 200 strokes by hand or 2 minutes on medium for mixer, scraping down sides as needed. | 2 | Bake 350 degrees. Use non-stick cooking spray if using pans, paper liners for cupcakes.

Surface should appear dry, toothpick inserted in middle should come out clean. Allow to stand 15 minutes before removing from pans. |
