Recipe Description I adapted this for my diabetes by substituting "sugar-free" ingredients. It appeared in a recent Publix Supermarket circular.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Place cream cheese into large bowl and cut into 6 to 8 chunks. Thaw Cool Whip. Coarsely grate the chocolate using largest holes on grater and set aside.
2Place water in microwave safe cup; nuke on high for 30 to 40 seconds or until hot. Stir in and dissolve coffee granules; set aside to cool.
3Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add milk until blended. Add 2 (4 serving size) boxes of dry pudding mix and mix until well blended. Fold in one half of the 8 oz container of Cool Whip.
4Place 24 wafers in bottom of dessert bowl; sprinkle 1/2 of the coffee on them. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture over wafers and then sprinkle 1/2 of the grated chocolate on top. Repeat all layers. Top with remaining whipped topping and raspberries. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
