Steps
Sequence Step
1Rinse and dry the kale. Remove the stems and tough center ribs. Cut into large pieces and set aside.
2Place the minced jalapenos and garlic on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Check regularly to roast the seasonings and dry them out.
3Toss the kale in the olive oil. Add the peppers, garlic, and salt and toss to evenly coat.
4Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Lay kale on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until crisp.
5Let cool and enjoy!
