Steps
Sequence Step
1Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots.
2Place the onion, carrots, orange zest, orange juice and curry in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes until tender and all the flavors have blended.
3Process in a blender until smooth. Let cool completely.
4Fold in yogurt and basil.
5Add lemon juice, tabasco, salt and pepper as needed to taste. Serve at room temperature.
