medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped

Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil in a soup pot and saute onions and peppers. And garlic and continue to saute until the mixture is fragrant.
2Add chili powder and cumin and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
3Add meat crumbles and continue to saute just enough to heat through.
4Add tomatoes, and let cook for about 15 minutes (giving tomatoes enough time to release their juices and cook down a little).
5Add the can of beer and beans. Bring chili to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
