| 1 | Preheated oven to 425ºF. | 2 | Wash and cut potatoes into 8 wedges, do not peel. Dry potato slices on paper towels. | 3 | In a large bowl, toss potatoes with Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, olive oil, and garlic until well coated. | 4 | Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray and lay wedges cut side down on baking sheet. | 5 | Place potatoes in preheated 425ºF oven and bake for 20 minutes. | 6 | Turn the potatoes to the other cut face and bake another 15 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender. |
