Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop onion and bell pepper finely. Mince garlic then cook onion, garlic and bell pepper, in 1T almond oil in skillet until translucent.
2In a Medium bowl add egg, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, bellpepper, onion mix together.
3Add beef to mixture.
4Add 1 cup of oats. Mix by folding. Make sure you do not over mix. Will toughen meat.
5Mold Meat in a 5x9 loaf pan greased
6In a small bowl add tomato sauce,and brown sugar and worcestershire sauce then mix together and spread on top of meatloaf.Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes slice into 6 servings.
