| 1 | Mix first four ingredients and marinade fish for at least 1 hour | 2 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Pour off marinade into frying pan and heat over medium- high heat. When hot, sear filets until golden brown, turning once to sear other side. Transfer back to baking dish. | 3 | Bake fish 15-25 minutes, depending on thickness | 4 | While fish is baking, make sauce: Add all other ingredients, except scallions, to frying pan.
