Steps
Sequence Step
1Blend milk and 3 cubes of ice together on high, then reduce speed to low.
2Remove the blender lid and with the blender still on, add the protein powder and instant pudding mix little by little. Adjust liquid amount to adjust consistency.
3Tip: Quadruple to prepare in bulk. Store refrigerated.
4for use on either low or higher GI/GL days
