Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil the potatoes until soft. In a large nonstick skillet cook the turkey, approximately 10- 12 minutes
2Add the vegetables, rosemary, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
3Pour in the wine and lower the heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes then remove from heat.
4Drain the potatoes and return them to the emptied pot; add the garlic
5Use a hand-held mixer or potato masher to mash the potatoes
6Lightly coat a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the turkey and vegetable mixture into the dish, flattening it sand packing it tightly. Spread the mashed sweet potatoes on top. Bake 40-45 minutes, potatoes will stiffen.
7Once assembled in the baking dish, it can be wrapped tightly and frozen up to 3 months. Simply remove from freezer and uncover; place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake 75- 80 minutes.
