Steps
Sequence Step
1In a medium mixing bowl, combine meat, chili, garlic, and salt. Mix well with a fork or your hand until all is well incorporated. Form the meat into two patties. Cook the burgers for about 10 minutes, turning every few minutes to cook evenly.
2As the burgers cook, drain the beans and put them in a blender of food processor. Blend on medium with the jalapeño, mint, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer puree to a serving bowl and set aside.
3When the burgers are ready, place each on a bed of spinach leaves and spoon the bean puree on top.
