tablespoonswheat flour, wholewheat

teaspoonsoil, canola or olive

cupsGreat Northern beans, canned (15oz), drained

cups, cubesSquash - yellow

cupschicken broth, fat free

tablespoonschile, hot, green or red, chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown turkey in oil over medium heat in large pot. When halfway cooked through, add squash. When cooked through, add flour and allow to cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add stock and scrape up the brown bits. Add drained beans. Season with cumin, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Add chili and allow to boil for 5 minutes. Finish with lime juice.
