Recipe Description I made this up tonight because I didn't feel like heavy sauce on my pasta.

Steps
Sequence Step
1Prepare Fusilli (or other pasta) as directed on the package.
2Meanwhile, add olive oil and minced garlic to a large skillet. Put in about 6 ounces of baby spinach leaves ans cook on medium to medium high.
3Chop 15 cherry or grape tomatoes.
4When spinach is wilted and pasta is done, mix the two
5Add the cherry tomatoes to the spinach/pasta mixture.
6Sprinkle on Italian seasoning. For a lighter meal, use apx 8 chopped fresh basil leaves.
