Recipe Description I tried to lower the carbs per truffle in this recipe by substituting almond flour for the original crushed pretzels

cupOrganic peanut butter, crunchy

cupAlmond Flour
1/2
cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, Ghirardelli
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine Peanut Butter and almond flour in a small bowl. Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until firm.
2Remove from freezer and roll mixture into 20 small balls (about 1 teaspoon each). Place on parchment or wax-paper lined baking sheet and freeze until firm (about 1 hour)
3Dip the frozen balls in melted chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate is set (about 30 minutes)
4Store in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
