| 1 | Choose medium head of cauliflower. Cut head in half, remove any leaves, and cut into florettes. | 2 | Wash cauliflower in strainer | 3 | Bring a saucepan of water t o a boil. Add a small pinch of kosher salt to water. | 4 | Add cauliflower and return to a boil. Boil for at least 30 minutes or until cauliflower can be easily pierced with fork. | 5 | Once done boiling, strain the water from the pot. Return the cauliflower to pot and with your potato smasher, mash them as if you are mashing a potato. Do this to the consistancy you like your regular potatoes. | 6 | Stir in soft cream cheese, chedder cheese and sprinkle garlic power and fresh ground black pepper to your taste. |
