breast, bone removedchicken, leftover meat white and dark mixed

Usda default (100 gm - 4 oz)Ranch salad dressing (1/2 cup)

teaspoonseasoning salt

teaspoononion powder

Steps
Sequence Step
1Debone 1/2 of chicken and place in large bowl for mixing
2Dice or chop the eggs and add to chicken.
3Add mayo a little at a time. This is to you liking of how much mayo you want in salad. Moisture to your taste.
4Add Salad Cubes (sweet relish) a little at a time. Again to your taste.
5Stir these together in bowl. Add Ranch dressing (optional) to your liking. I like Peppercorn Ranch.
6add spices to your liking.
7Taste to see if you need something else added or missing.
