Recipe Description This is a lower calorie version of a recipe taken from "Vefa's Kitchen" from Phaidon Publishing. I have replaced the original cup of sugar with Splenda Sweetener and Spelenda Brown Sugar mix.

Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate carrots and apples, mix with lemon juice, oil, sugar, brandy, orange zest. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix with hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greeased and floured 10 inch cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
