Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground turkey. Prepare brown rice according to package directions. Add chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped red pepper, tomatoes, black beans and chili beans to the cooked ground turkey.Add spices and mix in rice. Put mixture into a casserole and sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
